Tours for groups of 8+ people are available for $5 per person (children under 5 free), with a minimum charge of $75.
The tour includes history of the Mill, explanation of historic and current milling operations, hands-on with the grains we grind, hands-on starting up the historic water wheel, viewing and explanation of the historic water powered milling equipment and age appropriate activities for student groups.
The full Mill tour covers three floors and involves two sets of stairs. Visitors who prefer to remain on the ground floor will still be able to view some historic milling equipment and water wheel (outside), but will not be able to see the full range of historic milling equipment.
Capacity constraints on the second and third floor of the Mill limit group size to 15 people. Larger groups will be split into smaller groups for the actual Mill tour.
