Today we are happy to carry on the milling tradition
of the Kennedy/Wade families. We offer whole grain,
stone ground grits, stone ground flours and mixes. We have stone-ground,
whole grain whole wheat bread flour; stone-ground
white bread flour, stone-ground all purpose flour, stone ground white and yellow
corn meal, stone-ground polenta, buckwheat flour and whole
grain rye. We also have a variety of mixes in sizes
to fit your needs including buckwheat, corncake and
Jimmy Frank's buckwheat pancake mix; Shenandoah waffle mix;
golden biscuit mix; Chrissy’s Healthy muffin mix;
and our exclusive "Wade's Mill Buckwheat Poundcake
Mix. We have an assortment of wonderful gift boxes
or we would be delighted to put together a custom
box for you. Our kitchen items and gift ware

We welcome visitors to the flour mill and are happy to

Wade's Mill News
We are a little late with our spring schedule. Georgie had knee replacement surgery in March and so we are going to begin in May this time. Our guest chefs will include Brigita Simanis, the excellent pastry chef at the Southern Inn who will show us how to prepare some lovely dishes for Summer.
We are very excited that Mike Lund of Mike Lund Food and formerly of Staunton’s wonderful Zynodoa Restaurant and the renowned Inn at Little Washington will once again dazzle us with a local foods Summer Spectacular in June.

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 10 AM to 5 PM, and
Sunday: 1 to 5 PM. We are open from April through
Mid-December. Please note: We are closed on Sundays during
June, July and August. and we will be closed on the fourth
of July and Thanksgiving Day.
